Return & Refund Policy

At GoPeach™, we are committed to offering you a premium, seamless shopping experience. Every GoPeach board is quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch. However, in rare cases of damage or defect, we offer a clear return and refund process for your peace of mind.

Return Eligibility

We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • 🛠️ Damaged or defective product received

  • 📦 Wrong product shipped

  • 🧩 Product missing parts or components

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference, usage difficulty, or change of mind.


Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging materials.

  • A complete unboxing video from package opening to product reveal is mandatory.

  • The product must be returned to our warehouse for inspection before refund or replacement.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the product

  • Delays in courier delivery not caused by GoPeach

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (that don’t affect performance)

  • You were unable to use the product as intended due to lack of guidance or knowledge

  • No unboxing video provided


Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will not be processed to cash or any other mode

  • If the product is damaged or misused by the customer, no refund will be issued

We may deduct shipping or handling fees if the return is due to customer error or false claim.

Exchange & Replacement

If the issue is valid and qualifies for exchange, we’ll ship a replacement product free of charge after return inspection.

The replacement and Exchange will be delivered in 5-10 days

Note on Prepaid Orders

All GoPeach orders are prepaid only. This helps us reduce return fraud and ensures fast, smooth delivery across India.
